The subscription to Pinaxo can be paid by credit card, traditional or prepaid.
This payment method provides a monthly subscription formula.
Payment by credit card is available now for new subscriptions, just send the request using the form on the page https://www.pinaxo.com/moreinfo#register
As always, you can try the service for 1 month without costs or constraints before subscribing.
However, existing subscribers (or subscribed companies) are entitled to change the payment method (currently by bank transfer) also in this case the duration of the subscription and the payment frequency become monthly; to change the payment method in this case you must write to support@pinaxo.com
The holder of the subscription (and the credit holder) can independently suspend and subsequently reactivate their subscription. In the event of suspension of the subscription for a period longer than a month, the month (or months) in which the service was not used will not be charged.
The suspension and reactivation operation is carried out by accessing Pinaxo and selecting the “Subscription” item from the top left menu. It is also possible, from this page, to consult the list of previous payments.
The subscription can be for a single user (the card and subscription holder) or multiple users (as in the case of professional studios or retailers).
The cost of the service is, as usual, proportional to the number of enabled users, with the application of a “quantity discount” as the number of accounts increases.
The new subscription and payment formula has been designed primarily for freelancers, plumbing and heating service companies, architectural studios, and small retailers: these individuals are relieved from having to commit to an annual subscription with advance payment and are financially supported by the possibility of temporarily suspending the subscription during periods in which Pinaxo is not used.
Even medium and large retailers can still choose electronic payment and a monthly subscription.
