REELS

Manual fire hose reel is a firefighting device consisting of a reel connected

to water supply through a ball valve adjacent to the reel, semi-rigid hose

and shut off nozzle. It is designed to be used as a quick-response method

by anyone to fight fires in their early stages. Hose Reels are suitable for

Class A fires: Paper, Textiles, Wood, most Plastics and Rubber.

Bocciolone Antincendio can supply two models of hose reel:

– Fixed type with hose guide: hose reel capable only of rotating in one

plane with a hose guide adjacent to the reel.

– Swinging type: hose reel capable of rotating in more than one plane

and mounted on a swinging arm.

Fire Hose Reels are easy to use and provide a virtually unlimited supply of

water, as they are connected to water supply for fire service use. They are

manufactured according to EN 671-1 standard and CE marked.

Semirigid fire hoses

The semirigid fire hose of the hose reel can follow customer’s

requirements.

Fire hose are manufactured according to EN 694 and can be:

– nitrile / PVC compound i.d. 19 mm and length up to 30 meters or i.d.

25 mm up to 20 meters.

– white semirigid textile hose i.d. 25 mm, and length up to 30 meters.

This hose is also available with an outside coating of red resin specially

studied to increase the resistance to abrasion.

Nozzles

Bocciolone Antincendio offers a range of Hose Reel Nozzles ideally suited

for use on Bocciolone hose tubing (or equivalent), 19mm or 25mm.

From full plastic and brass/plastic Jet /Spray Nozzles, Chrome Plated

Lever-Operated Jet/Spray Nozzles to professional Aluminum/Nylon

nozzles, Bocciolone’s range meets the requirements of different standards

and applications.
