Isoline range
La gamma isoline è disponibile sia per tubi multi-calor che
per tubi multi-eco. Il materiale isolante che costituisce il
rivestimento dei tubi è il polietilene espanso avente un
fattore di resistenza alla diffusione del vapore acqueo
di circa 5000 e una conduttività termica pari a l=0,040
W/mK. Sullo strato isolante viene poi estrusa una guaina
colorata in polietilene a bassa densità. Il rivestimento, in
base alle caratteristiche di reazione al fuoco, è in Classe
B
L
-s1, d0.
Sono disponibili:
tubi multi-calor
• con guaina colore verde
dedicata a impianti di riscaldamento ed impianti idro-
sanitari (contenimento energetico).
Range da Ø 14 a Ø 32 mm.
• con guaina colore azzurro
dedicata a impianti di riscaldamento, condizionamento
ed impianti idrosanitari (contenimento energetico e
anticondensa).
Range da Ø 14 a Ø 32 mm (ad esclusione del Ø 18).
tubi multi-eco
• con guaine colore rosso e blu
dedicate a impianti di riscaldamento ed impianti idrosa-
nitari (contenimento energetico).
Range da Ø 16 a Ø 32 mm (ad esclusione del Ø 18).
Gli ambiti d’impiego delle guaine isoline di colore rosso e
blu sono gli stessi per entrambe le tipologie di rivestimento,
previa verifica specifica degli spessori, da valutare a cura
del progettista per ogni caso specifico.
La gamma isoline-plus è disponibile esclusivamente per
tubi multi-calor. Il materiale isolante che costituisce il ri-
vestimento dei tubi è il polietilene espanso avente un fattore
di resistenza alla diffusione del vapore acqueo di circa
5000 e una conduttività termica particolarmente bassa
l= 0,035.
Ciò significa che, grazie alle proprietà di questo speciale
polietilene, a parità di spessore con altri isolanti, la capacità
di isolamento di isoline-plus è significativamente maggiore.
Sullo strato isolante viene poi estrusa una guaina colorata
in polietilene a bassa densità.
Il rivestimento, in base alle caratteristiche di reazione al
fuoco, è in Classe B

Gli ambiti d’impiego delle guaine isoline-plus di colore rosso
e blu sono gli stessi per entrambe le tipologie di rivesti-
mento, previa verifica specifica degli spessori, da valutare
a cura del progettista per ogni caso specifico.
The isoline range is available for both multi-calor and
multi-eco pipes. The insulating material, which constitu-
tes the coating of the pipe, is a polyethylene foam with a
water vapour diffusion resistance factor of approxima-
tely 5,000 and a thermal conductivity l= 0.040 W/mK.
A low-density coloured polyethylene sheath is then extru-
ded onto the insulating layer.
The insulation, according to the reaction to fire charac-
teristics, is in Class B
L

for heating and sanitary systems (energy containment).

• with light blue insulation
for heating, air conditioning and sanitary systems
(energy containment and anti-condensation).
Range from Ø 14 to Ø 32 mm (excluding Ø 18).
multi-eco pipes
• with red and blue insulation
for heating and sanitary systems (energy containment).
Range from Ø 16 to Ø 32 mm (excluding Ø 18).
The fields of application for the red and blue insulation
are the same for both types of coating, following specific
verification of thicknesses, to be evaluated by the de-
signer for each specific case.
The isoline-plus range is available exclusively for multi-
calor pipes. The insulating material, which constitutes
the coating of the pipe, is a polyethylene foam with a
water vapour diffusion resistance factor of approxima-
tely 5,000 and a particularly low thermal conductivity l=
0.035 W/mK.
This means that the properties of this special polyethyle-
ne are such that with the same thickness as other insu-
lators, isoline-plus has a significantly greater value of in-
sulation. A low-density coloured polyethylene film is then
extruded onto the insulating layer.
The coating, according to the reaction to fire characte-
ristics, is in Class B
L
