L’intera gamma del sistema safety è unica nel suo genere,
non è paragonabile alle raccorderie a compressione mec-
canica (a stringere), né tantomeno con metodologie di
giunzione a pressare.
L’accoppiamento tubo-raccordo, non avviene infatti per
pressatura o serraggio a pressione, ma tramite la perfetta
aderenza tra la geometria del tubo bicchierato e il profi-
lo del raccordo. Inoltre, la calotta di sicurezza impedisce
ogni possibile movimento delle parti unite e garantisce,
più di ogni altro metodo, tutte le giunzioni sottomuratura
e in posa libera.
Aquatechnik fornisce una completa gamma di attrezzature
per la realizzazione di queste connessioni. Le macchine
deputate a questa lavorazione, dette Bicchieratrici, sono
studiate, disegnate e brevettate dall’azienda stessa e
consentono l’allargamento del tubo in maniera sicura e
calibrata.
Le Bicchieratrici sono essenzialmente di due tipi:
manuali;
motorizzate con alimentazione a batteria o con cavo
di collegamento alla rete elettrica (220V).
La lavorazione è semplice, rapida e unica per l’intera
gamma diametrale da 14 a 90 mm e non necessita di
svasature e calibrature dei tubi prima della bicchieratura.

allegato all’apparecchio.
The whole “safety” range is unique and cannot be com-
pared to other mechanical compression fittings (screwing
method), and even less so to press fitting systems.
The connection between pipe and fitting is not made by
pressing or compression screwing, but through the perfect
coupling between the shape of the flared pipe and the
fitting profile.
The safety cap also prevents any possible movement of
the joined parts, and guarantees, more than any other
method, all the couplings, whether walled in or laid freely.
Aquatechnik provides a complete range of equipment for
the implementing these couplings.
The machines used for this process, known as coupling
machines, are designed and patented by the company and
allow the end of the pipe to be flared safely.
There are basically two different types of coupling machines:
manual;
powered by battery or by cable connected to the elec-
tric power supply (220V).
Processing is simple, fast, safe and the is the same pro-
cess for the entire diameter range from 14 to 90 mm and
does not require deburring and calibration of the pipes
before the flaring process.
