Per smontare e riutilizzare un raccordo, agire sulla ca-

lotta con l’apposita chiave fissa, fino a ottenere lo sbloc-

caggio. Si consiglia sempre la sostituzione della calotta,

specialmente se molto danneggiata.

To remove the fitting and use it again, turn the cap

with the the locking spanner, to release it.

We always suggest replacing the cap, especially if it

is damaged.

Inserire la calotta nel tubo.

Inserire il tubo sulla testata della macchina

bicchieratrice.

Avviare il processo di lavorazione fino alla

completa formazione del bicchiere (lo sgan-

ciamento del tubo avverrà automaticamente).

Innestare il raccordo nel bicchiere ottenuto

spingendo fino alla battuta.

Avvitare la calotta fino alla dentellatura di si-

curezza antisvitamento (utilizzare l’apposita

chiave fissa serie 50600).

Insert the cap into the pipe.

Insert the pipe on the head of the coupling

machine.

Start the process until the pipe is flared

(the pipe will be automatically released

from the machine once this operation is

over).

Slot the fitting into the flared pipe as far as

it will go.

Screw the cap as far as the self-locking

safety notches (use the special 50600 se-

ries wrench).

Tagliare con precisione il tubo.

Cut the pipe accurately.
