Effettuare staffaggi adeguati, che impediscano avvalla-

menti, storture, etc. come specificato nel paragrafo

Staffaggi (pag. 59).



Collaudaregliimpiantisecondonormativaprimadipro-

cedere alla muratura definitiva e all’attivazione dell’im-

pianto. Prestare attenzioni alle massime pressioni di altri

componenti installati.

Compilare sempre il verbale di collaudo.



In caso di collaudo ad aria, utilizzare esclusivamente lo

spray Aquatechnik (art. 71393) per la rilevazione di even-

tuali perdite. Qualora sia necessario l’utilizzo di spray

diversi, contattare preventivamente l’Ufficio Tecnico per

accertarsi della compatibilità.



Nelcasodiutilizzosottotracciadiraccordisafety-metal,

proteggere la parte metallica con appositi nastri/guaine

adesive per evitare contatti con agenti chimici e malte

corrosive.



Non riscaldare i tubi e/o raccorderie con fiamme libere.



Non utilizzare attrezzature ed utensili malfunzionanti,

rovinati e che non siano tenuti in un buono stato di ma-

nutenzione.



Per la lavorazione dei tubi polipex e polipert utilizzare

solamente gli appositi espansori meccanici della serie

50800.

NB: le attrezzature e gli accessori per la lavorazione pos-

sono subire modifiche costruttive e/o di funzionamento a

discrezione dell’Azienda produttrice; a tale scopo si riman-

da alla consultazione delle istruzioni d’uso allegate nelle

rispettive attrezzature.

Si ricorda che la garanzia sui prodotti è valevole esclusiva-

mente per vizi manifesti o difetti costruttivi; le operazioni di

installazione e ogni altra funzione riguardante gli impianti

sono a carico delle imprese installatrici e non imputabili ad

Aquatechnik.



Install brackets if required to prevent sagging, distor-

tion, etc., as indicated in the section entitled Brackets

(page 59).

Testthesystemsaspertherelevantstandardbefore

walling the pipes permanently and commissioning the

system. Take care over maximum pressure of the oth-

er installed components.

Always fill in the testing report.



If performing an air test, only use Aquatechnik spray

(art. 71393) to detect any leaks.

If you need to use different sprays, contact the tech-

nical department beforehand to check they are com-

patible.



Ifsafety-metalfittingsareburied/concealedinwalls

etc, protect the metal parts with adhesive tapes/mem-

branes to prevent contact with chemical agents and

corrosive mortars.



Do not heat the pipes and/or fittings with naked flames.



Do not use faulty or damaged equipment and tools

which are not properly maintained.



When processing polipex or polipert pipes, only use

the specific mechanical expanders from the 50800

series.

NB: the processing equipment and accessories may un-

dergo manufacturing and/or functional changes at the

discretion of the manufacturer; please refer to the instruc-

tions for use provided with the relevant equipment for this

purpose.

It should be noted that the guarantee on the products is

valid only for obvious faults or manufacturing defects; the

installation operations and any other function concerning

the systems are the responsibility of the installation com-

panies and not attributable to Aquatechnik.
