Il sistema HYBRID è stato studiato per asciugare ad aria compressa e in modo rapido ed
efficace quelle superfici sulle quali è stata applicata una vernice a base acqua o di solvente.
La caratteristica principale di questo sistema è l’assoluta mancanza di parti elettriche per il
riscaldamento dell’aria. Si utilizza infatti solo l’aria della linea rendendo la pistola di facile
utilizzo e manutenzione. L’impugnatura isolata termicamente e di linea ergonomica, favorisce
la maneggevolezza e la sicurezza durante l’utilizzo. L’ HYBRID è efficace sia per piccoli lavori di
ritocco o riparazioni di piccole-medie dimensioni utilizzando aria calda, sia per l’asciugatura di
parti di grandi dimensioni utilizzando aria tiepida o a temperatura ambiente.
CARATTERISTICHE:
• Utilizzazione della stessa aria compressa impiegata in cabina dall’aerografo per la verniciatura
• Nessun collegamento all’impianto elettrico e quindi nessun pericolo di innesco di incendi in
ambienti in cui vi siano nebbie o gas infiammabili
• Riduzione dei tempi di asciugatura
• Rubinetto a corsoio di serie per una rapida apertura e chiusura dell’aria
Le système HYBRID a été étudié pour sécher à l'air comprimé et de manière rapide et efficace
les surfaces sur lesquelles a été appliquée une peinture à base d’eau ou de solvant. La principale
caractéristiques de ce système est l’absolue absence de pièces électriques pour le chauffage
de l'air. En effet, il utilise uniquement l'air de la ligne rendant le pistolet facile d’utilisation et
d’entretien. La poignée isolée thermiquement et à la ligne ergonomique favorise la maniabilité
et la sécurité pendant l’utilisation. L’HYBRID est efficace aussi bien pour les petits travaux de
retouche ou de réparations de petites-moyenne dimensions en utilisant l’air chaud, que pour le
séchage de pièces de grandes dimensions en utilisant l’air tiède ou à température ambiante.
CARACTÉRISTIQUES :
• Utilisation de la même air comprimé utilisée en cabine du pistolet pour la peinture
• Aucun branchement sur l’installation électrique et donc aucune danger de démarrage
d’incendie dans des environnement dans lesquels il y a des brouillards ou des gaz
The HYBRID system has been designed for the quick and effective compressed air
drying of surfaces coated with a water- or solvent-based paint. The main feature of
this system is that there are absolutely no electrical parts involved in heating the air.
Only air from the compressed air system is used, making the gun easy to use and
maintain. The ergonomically designed and thermally insulated grip makes it easier
to handle and safer during use. HYBRID is effective both for minor touch-up jobs or
small to medium repairs using hot air and for drying large parts using warm air or air
at room temperature.

Das System HYBRID wurde entwickelt, um mit Druckluft schnell und wirksam die
Oberflächen zu trocknen, auf die Wasser- oder Lösungsmittelbasis-Lack aufgetragen wurde.
Die hauptsächliche Eigenschaft dieses Systems ist das absolute Fehlen von elektrischen Teilen
für die Erwärmung der Luft. Es wird nur die Luft der Anlage genützt, wodurch die Pistole
einfach genützt und instandgehalten werden kann. Der thermisch isolierte ergonomische
Griff begünstigt die Griffigkeit und die Sicherheit während der Anwendung. HYBRID ist für
kleine Nachbesserungen wie für kleine-mittlere Reparaturen wirksam, wofür heiße Luft
verwendet wird, aber auch für das Trocknen von großen Teilen, wofür warme Luft oder Luft bei
Umgebungstemperatur verwendet wird.
MERKMALE:
• Verwendung des gleichen Druckluft als jener der Lackierofenkabine
• Keine Verbindung mit dem elektrischen System und somit keine Gefahr von Entzündung in
Umgebungen, in denen entzündliche Gase oder Nebel vorhanden sind.
